I find MS Word very fussy. It requires skill and is not intuitive or self explanatory. My documents need good flexible formatting. The documents I create often have faults or create faults. I use a mix of styles, indents, numbering and format pastes and indenting and it becomes a mess with some scary outcomes. I want to start again by asking you to repair some documents and create some new precedents which I can use for different purposes.
